Rooms and rates - Christmas Tree Cottage

The cottage has 2 Family suites which sleeps up to 8 persons (2 couples + 4 singles) in the 4 bedrooms. Please note minimum booking conditions may apply for peak periods, long weekends and public holidays. The following are the whole cottage and family suite tariffs:

All tariffs are per night. Guests are limited to 1 dog. If more than 1 dog please advise as conditions of stay and whole cottage rate may apply. Please read cancellation policy on home page.

Family Suites with ensuite (2 units) comprising:

Master Room

The master bedroom with ensuite has access to the main terrace and the view on the garden. The room has it own flat TV screen and reverse cycle air conditioning.

and Twin Room

The connecting twin room available as required for the extra person(s) in your family or group. This room consists of two single beds. It has its own reverse cycle air conditioning.

Rate based on a family suite (available only up to 7 days before arrival unless booking both suites):
One night: Up to 2 persons $140 per night . Each extra person $20 per night
Stay 2 nights or more: Up to 2 persons $130 per night. Extra person $20 per night

Pet fee: $10 per pet per night

Whole cottage rate

Exclusive use (of shared facilities) of whole cottage plus your own room(s) (2 nights minimum stay).

Rate : Up to 2 persons $200 per night ; extra person at $20 per night

Pet fee: $10 per pet per visit

A serve yourself continental breakfast and tea/coffee facilities.
Use of the TV room (with VCR and DVD)
Use of cottage's kitchen/family room fitted with a large fridge , microwave, cookware, cutlery, crockery, cooking oil/sauces and a oven cook top
Use of recreation annexe next to cottage
Towels and bed linens provided
